  • To protect, grow and always positively portray the image of the brand being a key ambassador of Hublot with internal and external stakeholders.
  • To implement brand strategy for Hublot in the UK & Ireland
  • Embody the Hublot brand philosophy and values, drive business through passionate delivery of brand ethos.


Duties and Responsibilities:          


  • Achieve monthly sales target in the store
  • Support the management team in the operations and management of the store
  • Cover holidays and essential shifts in the store

Customer Relations

  • Ensure contact details are taken following all client interaction within the Boutique in compliance with brand guidelines, taking note of personal information that assists with follow up and events
  • Create and execute a process for following up with clients to close the sale
  • Use the insider App to share product information and images
  • Train the store team in relationship management and follow up
  • Manage customer contact to ensure contact is taking place in a timely manner
  • Manage tour guide business - ensure visits are planned and the correct stock is available

Events & Marketing

  • Network and relationship building in London
  • Build and create corporate relationships that benefit the brand, build business and raise brand awareness
  • Support the development and management of top VIP clients for NBS
  • Key contact for all events at or in conjunction with the Boutique
  • Manage guest lists and RSVP's
  • Build and manage local teams
  • Identify opportunities to collaborate with local businesses

 Brand Awareness- Social Media

  • Store Instagram account - create engaging content for the Boutique account and increase followers
  • Create sales from direct messages
  • Increase level of customers trying on product to follow our Instagram


  • Support training in the network - support training to wholesale accounts
  • Hold regional brand training events



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent would be desirable

Professional Experience

  • Retail experience within luxury goods industry (watch and jewellery industry desirable)
  • Good understanding of the UK luxury environment
  • Proven achievement of commercial objectives
  • Proven experience to build effective relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Demonstrate experience of building client relationships


  • Commercial, analytical and sound business acumen
  • Able to effectively represent the brand, personal affinity with brand and products
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Strong influencer
  • Able to work flexibly, embrace and manage change, deal with ambiguity and able to work as part of a team
  • Exceptional time management skills, able to plan and prioritise effectively 
  • Knowledge of and ability to use various computer systems
