Louis Vuitton has an exciting opportunity based in Mexico City for a Client Relations Coordinator supporting the Private Client Relations and Client Actions teams of Louis Vuitton Americas. This role will work with both teams on events and communications being sent out to our Retail teams regarding client events. With strong organizational skills, you will manage the logistics and research for our events with the appropriate teams including venues, décor, invitations, and event concepts. Additionally, you will assist with on-site support for local events when supplementary help is required and work with the Zone teams to determine which clients to target for specific events.
As someone who possesses strong computer skills, you will manage and track the budget log and maintain the Client Actions calendar. You will also be tasked with identifying cost savings and vendor management to ensure a positive relationship is maintained. Lastly, you will create timely recaps with event results to share with the teams and share tangible best practices for future opportunities.
This role will suit an individual with a minimum of two years of Client Relations and/or Events experience gained in a large organization. With a positive approach to your role and a true client focus, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate successfully. Given the nature of the environment you will need to be agile to the changing business while remaining highly organized and have a drive for results. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a requirement.
