Louis Vuitton is seeking a strategic retail Client Relations Manager with a thorough understanding of luxury clientele purchasing behaviors and a proven track record of impacting business, driving client development strategies and objectives for the Central Region!
As a Client Relations Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand and the voice of Client Development in the Central Region. You will guide and support the store teams in engaging existing, recruiting new, and building loyal and long-term relationships with Clients. Your partnership and coaching will drive exceptional sales results for the Metro. You will also lead the strategy and execution of exceptional in-store events in collaboration with the Metro Store leadership team.
We specifically seek someone with multi-unit leadership experience and a proven track record driving client development strategies that have produced significant results. Strong network and connections in the communities with Texas, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona and Louisiana is extremely important for this role. Deep understanding of client development and purchasing behaviors, success working with cross-functional teams to achieve deliverables and experience in a client-centric luxury retail environment is highly preferred.
