Louis Vuitton have a unique opportunity for an experienced Training Manager to join the Client Services Center (CSC) in located in Irving, TX.
This role will report to the Senior Training Manager and will support the business by driving the implementation of training strategy in order to ensure initiatives are effectively embedded within the business, while also continuing to develop the skill sets of the workforce. By establishing and developing solid working relationships with the various departments, this diverse role would continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of all training provided to ensure it continues to elevate the client experience and develops of our teams. In addition to the ownership for new-hire orientation and on-boarding processes to ensure all new associates are fully supported and integrated into the business.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the ability to work as a educator and well versed in training, ideally within a retail or customer centric environment. This position requires the ability to thrive working within a high profile, fast paced, multi-site service driven environment. Additional competencies include pro-activeness, results-driven, ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions to improve training strategy.
It is essential to also have a strong background in coaching employees at all levels and managerial courage to provide effective and constructive feedback.
