As a Client Services Advisor of our Client Services Centre, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand.
Working in this dynamic and vibrant call centre environment you will have a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a world class experience each and every time they contact the business.
You will proactively deliver a luxury and customer centric experience by developing relationships with all clients in answering queries knowledgeably and effectively.
- You have passion for the Brand and fashion
- You are experienced in contact centre, customer services or sales-oriented activities
- You have professional presentation, excellent interpersonal, communication and client relations building skills
- You are a good team player with high levels of motivation, able to work under pressure
- You have strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- You are able to thrive in a call centre environment with strong retail knowledge and ability to meet KPIs
- You are able to commit to work with flexible hours in shifts, including nights and weekends
- You are proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
