Louis Vuitton is seeking Client Services Advisors who possess energetic personalities, entrepreneurial mindsets, and are detail oriented. In this position you will be responsible for handling inbound/ outbound calls and emails from clients and not limited to client escalations. Also, ensuring that you maximize each sales opportunity while working toward goals set forth by the brand.
In striving to efficiently address our clients' every need, you will be trained and given the adequate tools to provide expert advice and guidance to all client inquiries. You should have at least 1-year experience in similar position or field with college graduate or equivalent system. Working experience in Client Service field or in luxury goods/retail/travel or hospitality industry will be highly preferred.
