The selected person will be responsible for providing support in all areas of the Customer Service department in all Customer related activities to guarantee an extraordinary high-end customer experience to increase loyalty to the brand:
- Consolidation of all weekly reports sent by the stores in Europe and in relation to the CS issues. Gather all the necessary details to complete all the needed information in order to share it with the CS coordinator to provide the best possible solution to each case.
- Daily update and follow-up of the CS database. This information refers to external & internal clients.
- Provide administrative support to the CS team.
- Give support to special VICs events
- Bachelor's in business administration or similar.
- Fluent in English (C1).
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
