Clienteling & Event Manager (m/w/d)

As a Clienteling & Event Manager you will be an ambassador of the brand and have the ownership, responsibility of leading, implementing all corporate and local clienteling initiatives as well as events for our retail network in Germany. You will create unforgettable moments for our sophisticated customers and inspire with your project management skills by implementing the client strategy in close collaboration with the Retail Marketing Director & Zone Client Development Manager.

Your Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be an exceptional Project Manager and establish, as well as develop, a client centric mindset at country and store level in close collaboration with the EMEA zone
  • Define client priorities in close collaboration with the Retail Marketing Director & the zone Client Development and share objectives with Retail, partnering with the Store Managers on their individual client development plans, helping them animate and deliver these actions throughout the year & monitoring results
  • Support with all project & event activities from planning to implementation as well as Out of Network Events, exceptional events and client experiences
  • Be in charge of all strategic CRM activities for Germany, customer database management (update/maintain) and implementation of key clienteling actions on existing and prospective clients
  • Create reportings and analysis to support the store clienteling objectives and analyze trends, understand purchasing patterns for the German market
  • Partner cross-functionally with all key retail-facing functions at corporate level and leverage local partners to help deliver client development plans, sharing individual best practices with all stores
  • Train, coach, develop and support the store teams and attract interest regarding the importance of Clienteling by implementing unique initiatives with your own team and the store management
  • Act as the market expert to develop the brand business by increasing client loyalty
  • Establish a personalized high-end client strategy for the German market

Profile

Your Profile

  • Excellent Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA preferred
  • Profound domestic and international clienteling & event experience, preferably within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or luxury retail
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams to achieve aligned objectives
  • Great team player, multi-tasker, creative thinker and be able to understand the art of hosting by having flawless attention to details
  • Natural relationship builder with the ability to work well with a strong network of peers and partners
  • Experienced in relevant clienteling tools such as Salesforce
  • Excellent German and English language skills, French is highly desirable
