Louis Vuitton is seeking a Commercial Marketing Strategist based in our New York office to serve as the central source of insight analysis and recommendation around the Louis Vuitton Digital and Client Development Business. This role will support business goals by tracking performance, reporting on key KPIs and developing both strategic and actionable insights through data-driven analysis. The Commercial Marketing Strategist will distill large amounts of data into a concise strategic vision, while developing improvements and efficiencies in reporting structure and methodology. In addition, this role will develop and manage weekly reporting dashboards that serve multiple teams, monitoring key metrics across customer and site to work with teams to surface areas of development, opportunity and change.


The Commercial Marketing Strategist will be responsible for overseeing the calendar of major corporate events and follow-up reporting, assessing level of success and determining areas of greater opportunity for future events. This role will help in the preparation of the annual budget process through analysis and business forecasting, support the Digital Performance Manager in building sales and performance forecasts, and map new ways of looking at data and understanding customer insights to drive smart business decisions. Additionally, the Commercial Marketing Strategist can expect to provide complementary teams, notably Digital, Client Development, Client Relations and Merchandising, with as needed ad-hoc trend data across site, customer and ecommerce.


We are eager to speak to individuals that have a minimum of three years' experience with ecommerce, commercial or financial analyst backgrounds. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, h-lookup, etc) and intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics are required. The ideal candidate will be fluent in cubes, data pulls and financial modelling. Additionally, training is SQL is a plus!
