To work alongside the Commercial Planning team, heavily involved in the wholesaler data project. Focusing on the 3 main challenges behind this project; collecting depletions data and converting it in a standard format to load in Qliksense, mapping customers / products to MHUK SAP ids, and building the customer hierarchy in SAP when missing.



Wholesaler Data & QlikSense

Support the wholesale data collection process to allow a step change in the way we gather, process, update and analyse sell-out data

  • Update wholesalers & SDA trackers to make sure correct data is requested with wholesalers
  • Convert files received from key wholesalers into a standard Qliksense loadable format
  • Build mapping tables (products / customers) for each wholesaler's data to link to SAP / Qliksense
  • Create & update relevant customer hierarchy in SAP for the data to roll up at group level in Qliksense
    • Create all new accounts in SAP as per Salesforce
    • Convert any old "logistics account / ship to" into "unorderable direct account" in SAP
    • Create any "parent account" required in SAP to match Salesforce hierarchy
    • Affiliate all "child account" to their parent account in SAP
  • Coordinate with global Qliksense team to ensure full compliance of local processes / files
  • Document both the mapping process and the creation of customer hierarchy in SAP for ulterior use
  • Testing and reconciling the data loaded in Qlik


Reporting & Systems

Own the commercial structure & mappings in the different systems:



  • Data reconciliation & mapping (customers, products amongst others)
  • Correction of forecast warnings / data accuracy & consistency
  • BPC queries from sales teams (retrieving requested data, copying scenarios)
  • BPC Monthly Maintenance: Load of Actuals, Run and update Packages, Price loads



  • Ensure a correct BPC-SAP mapping (including SAP Hierarchy)
  • SAP Account management: creation, transfers, internal orders
  • Assist the Commercial Planning team on allocations management
  • Answer SAP Customer service queries


FTT Management

Assist the team in all steps of the promotional funds input & management

  • Create and amend the PAFs (Promotional Agreement Form) in SAP throughout the year
  • Manage the Workflow website where PAFs are validated and tracked
  • Participate in the quarterly FTT review assisting the controlling team in the reallocation of funds
  • Liaising with controlling to smoothen the transition to the new FTT management tool (Vistex)

Documentation & Processes of the team


Work with the Commercial Planning VIE to create and maintain required documentation

 On-trade: Create a "Business Analysis" toolkit including business calculations, business cases and FIP process.

  • Off-trade: BPC Procedures with video tutorials on different topics covering: Key Accounts & Field Sales Input Schedule / Commercial Planning Reports ("How to read")
  • Salesforce: Liaise with Commercial Development team to ensure alignment with SAP in the customer setup

Commercial Planning User Guide: document new processes (new FTT system, allocations, customer creation...)


Education :  Degree level


Professional experience & know how :

Proven systems & data management experience in a commercial environment

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to improve overall efficiency and to ensure deadlines are met

Interest in the Wines & Spirits industry


Technical & management skills :

          Information systems acumen: Business Planning tools, SAP a plus

Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint expert

Fluent English, French an advantage
