Position

Communication Team

  • To provide secretarial support to the Communication Director
  • To compile budget reports, business reviews and co-ordinate regional meetings
  • To arrange business travel itinerary and accommodation
  • To co-ordinate meeting schedules and prepare minutes of meeting
  • To prepare marketing presentations and budget presentations for regional meetings
  • To prepare travel and monthly expenses reimbursement
  • To co-ordinate program & function for the Communication Dept
  • To support team travel requests and manage team meetings/ staff sales form collation etc
  • To support PR dept on courier deliveries on press rack etc

 

Others

  • To support travel management for VM and Merchandising team.

Profile

  • Formal secretarial training with over 10 years secretarial experience and serving senior management level
  • Responsible, cheerful, outgoing, pleasant and willing to learn
  • Strong language skills
