Enhancing Parfum Christian Dior's media image in Korea, the Communication Manager - Media/Digital will be the front runner in identifying new communication opportunities to build up brand/product awareness. In addition, he/she will be in charge of strengthening the marketing mix by conceiving, preparing, executing and analyzing public relations programs and editorials to reach the brand's marketing goals and objectives. The Communication Manager is reporting to Country General Manager. 


Paid Media & Digital Projects

- Budget/plan yearly & monthly media & digital activities based on Regional guidelines and the local launching plan
- Strengthen the marketing plan by conceiving, executing, and analyzing all advertising plans which includes media planning, media mix, negotiation, booking and production, in line with the advertising budget and marketing objectives
- Brief the media agency on the guidelines to prepare a detailed execution plan
- Analyze and review competitors' activities and media trends based on the media agency's report
- Regularly report to the regional office concerning monthly updates and competitors' activities
- Aid in the development of the communication claim for all outside release communication materials
- Review the localized creative format with regional office
- Manage all the Brand's digital platforms
- Maintain digital buzz amongst beauty/social influencers, celebrities, and makeup artist

Budget & Cost Control

- Establish the Digital & Media budget annually in conjunction with the General Manager

- Work within this budget and revise the planned expenditure regularly to maximize the results

Team Management 

- Give clear direction and guidelines to the team

- Give constant feedback on the team's daily activities whilst regularly coaching them


- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Media, Digital or Luxury Retail
- Great team building and performance management skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Result-driven with a solid sense of ambition and dynamism
- Good sense of responsibility and independence
- Native Korean speaking
