Manage communications brand strategies, social media platforms, influencer relationships, consumer driven events, and paid media to drive brand awareness and recruit new consumers for Veuve Clicquot in the US market.


Communications Strategy
>  Support Communications & Digital Director to develop creative and effective communications strategies that continue to position Veuve Clicquot as the leading aspirational, lifestyle brand in the US, transcending the wine and spirits category
>  Manage heritage and wine making programming to drive meaningful awareness on wine credentials, higher marques, and brand heritage
>  Build on recently launched "Woman's Platform" to raise awareness on Madame Clicquot and on Veuve Clicquot's unique brand story
>  Assist in managing relevant luxury brand partnerships that include strategic communications opportunities or collaborations
>  Assist in the development of communications materials to both press and consumers

Social Media Strategy
>  Support Communications & Digital Director to develop creative and effective social media strategies that keep Veuve Clicquot ahead of its competition and drive awareness with the next generation of champagne consumers
>  Build innovative programming across social media platforms to promote video and audio content to new audiences
>  Develop product related programming ensuring consistency across all brand pillars and marques
>  Manage and plan annual content calendar taking into consideration brand programming, initiatives, and seasonal relevance with external agency

Influencer Management
>  Support Communications & Digital Director to drive consistent and coherent storytelling in line with the brand vision and strategy through an influencer strategy
>  Develop and nurture authentic relationships with brand-right creatives to develop content and influencer partners to engage with brand
>  Manage celebrity wrangling process with external agencies to secure notable, relevant, and on-brand talent to attend and engage with brand at branded events

Event Management
>  Support Communications & Digital Director in developing press driving components of lifestyle brand owned events, including Veuve Clicquot Polo and Carnaval, with the support of agency partners
>  Nurture relationships and manage partnerships with other luxury brands to create relevant collaborations
>  Manage winemaker programming and visits to produce relevant press driving events, secure tasting appointments, and interviews in media markets
>  Collaborate with regional marketing managers on regional awareness driving events
>  Develop KPIs to track and measure program effectiveness, ensure achievement of ROI

Advertising & Promotion Management
>  Support Communications & Digital Director in developing paid media campaigns including digital advertising, social promotion, and search
>  Build innovative social and search campaigns that recruit new audience and increase engagement
>  Manage and track campaign budgets and effectiveness in partnership with external agencies
>  Assist in leading innovation in the promoted social and paid media space to maintain competitive advantage


Stakeholder Relationship Management
>  Daily management of external agencies that include public relations, social media, advertising, creative, and event production agencies
>  Work in partnership with internal team supporting budget reconciliation and annual brand planning
>  Collaborate with Moet Hennessy's internal shared service "Digital Center of Excellence"
>  Consult and work in partnership with Veuve Clicquot Maison and matrix organization of sister brands
>  Be a brand champion and champagne market expert.
>  Develop product expertise and a strong sense of market dynamics through training, market visits, and frequent customer interactions.



Education: MBA / Bachelor of Arts or Science Business / Economics / Marketing preferred
Languages: English, working knowledge of French a plus

Experience and Skills:
5-7+ years in luxury marketing and communications, strategy consulting, PR agency, or similar experience.
Experience working within the food or wine industry a plus.
Exceptional digital, social media, PR and analytical skills required.
Strong detail orientation and organizational skills needed.
Strong written and oral communications skills. Creativity a plus.
Previous experience working with external agencies is recommended.

Technical & management skills:
PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Photoshop and social media analytics tools required.
