The Retail Performance Communications function is responsible for driving strategic alignment between the Boutiques and Corporate Office through clear, consistent, and streamlined Communications processes. The Mission of Retail Performance includes driving Efficiency, Productivity, and Alignment with a main focus on optimizing business performance.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Update and deliver Weekly Newsletter
  • Maintain Master Calendar of Retail and Corporate Events
  • Coordinate with Retail Performance and other Corporate Departments to support holistic and streamlined Communication flow from the Corporate Office to Boutiques
  • Help manage the Corporate "Voice" across all internal Communications vehicles
  • Ensure all Content is aligned with company objectives and optimized for target audience
  • Consolidate Important Updates, Key Messages, and Store Tasks from Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Training, etc.
  • Partner with Boutiques to understand and address key issues and concerns from the field in order to better align efforts around performance
  • Regularly perform Retail Website maintenance and monitor to ensure website content is updated weekly and organized in a clear consistent manner
  • Research market tools and competitor analysis
  • Work closely with Communications Manager, Retail Performance to ensure consistent and timely Communications flow
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed


  • Must be available M-F, 9-6pm
  • Strong communications skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent follow-through practices
  • Solid attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must have an extremely strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently
  • Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of Retail Math and basic Analytics
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain processes
  • Background in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Merchandising preferably in Luxury Retail environment
  • Design/Graphics background strongly preferred with experience in relevant applications (ie Photoshop)
