The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. The Compensation and Benefits Trainee performs a wide variety of responsible, complex and confidential administrative duties. By working closely with their assigned department, the Trainee performs duties that require considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact, mature and independent judgment; strong interpersonal and organizational skills. 



  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of employee files, filing and tracking 
  • New hires, promotions, termination and temp tracking 
  • HRIS (Ulti-pro, ADP, Empower, XEIS,) data check and audits 
  • Supports the onboarding process, including coordinating desk locations and phone setups, email creations, password reset 
  • Update distribution list and contacts 
  • Supports the termination process, including AMEX and Concur account cancellations 
  • Send and receive HR documents using UPS, including offer letters, new hire paperwork, and employee checks 
  • Support payroll for time and attendance, and administration 
  • Track all time off requests for corporate office and boutique managers 
  • Invoice tracking (including but not limited to temps, training, legal, travel costs...) 
  • HR Shared drive maintenance 
  • Ad Hoc reporting and analysis 


  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly complex work environment 
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently at times 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion and professionalism with sensitive information 
  • Ability to organize and keep track of important documents 
  • Ability to deliver information in a clear, concise manner 
  • Ability to communicate effectively by phone and in person 
  • Time sensitive, accurate and highly dependable


  • 1-2 Years of Administrative or Human Resources experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills 
  • Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
