Responsible for administering and communicating all the soft and hard benefits offered to employees of LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics UK
Implement reward strategies in order to maximise employee recruitment, engagement and retention



Pensions Reporting & Benefits Administration

>  Act as key contact for external pension providers (Hargreaves Lansdown and The People's Pension Schemes)
>  Ensure monthly data accuracy and reporting
>  Ensure pension schemes governance
>  Coordinate ongoing auto enrolment responsibilities for the business
>  Provide data for closed DB scheme as and when appropriate
>  Act as key contact for benefits broker and external providers
>  Administrate complementary insurance schemes (life / income protection / health care)
>  Ensure monthly data records are correct so that relevant deductions are applied correctly, working closely with the Payroll Manager
>  Ensure monthly recharges are applied correctly by providing analyses per entity and cost centres, liaising with Accounting
>  Manage company benefits package to include buy/sell holidays, childcare vouchers, cycle to work, EAP, eye-care vouchers (VDU and for company car drivers), employee discounts, health screenings and benefits and interest-free season ticket loans


>  Communicate employee benefits, off-line and on-line
>  Present employee benefits, new initiatives, sales and discounts to employees
>  Work with LVMH sister companies to share best practice and leverage LVMH network

The Compensation & Benefits Administrator will be a highly organised and flexible team member who is able to work well under their own initiative while also building key relationships with external benefit providers and internal departments. The Advisor may have a background in generalist HR and wanting to develop their career by specialising in Reward and Employee Engagement.
