Louis Vuitton is searching for a Compensation & Benefits Coordinator based in our New York Office who will be responsible for the implementation and development of compensation, benefits, and administration programs & policies for the Southeast and Central regions of Louis Vuitton Americas. This will be accomplished by supporting the Retail network through the use of exceptional organizational and strong communication skills while being a strong partner to the Retail and Corporate teams.
Key aspects of this role will include preparing employment letters, administering benefit programs while providing quality customer service to employees with benefit inquiries, overseeing all leave of absences for your population, and guiding the retail teams on questions relating to the policies maintained by the Human Resources Department. On a weekly basis, you will also have a close partnership with the Payroll team to assist in the payroll process by onboarding new hires, assist store teams with the Kronos timekeeping system, audit payroll files, and correct payroll errors. Lastly, the C&B Coordinator will be responsible for a monthly headcount report and other ad hoc projects, such as the oversight of our Tenure Awards program.
To be successful in this role you must have extensive administration skills with an eye for detail and accuracy. As a vibrant and fast paced team environment you must enjoy working in an ever changing environment and have the ability to quickly establish professional working relationships at all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skill is essential along with strong Excel, PowerPoint & Word skills.
We are eager to speak to professionals who possess a Bachelor's degree and have one to two year's experience in Human Resources, who have a proven track record of working in the retail industry or luxury market within a fast paced, evolving and best in class organization. You will be a highly driven, organized, analytical team player who has both exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
