The C&B Manager is responsible for the Compensation & Benefits policy and packages for the employees based in Europe (including France Local Market) and closely involve in some projects / processes for Central HQ in Paris

Compensation :

Mission : Define and implement the Compensation Policy


  • Put together & approve global competitive compensation offers for Europe and HQ Central Departments (Travel Retail Europe Direction & France Local Market)
  • Main point of contact of Europe HRD for all C&B relating topics
  • Support C&B Managers & HRD's in Europe in their C&B projects and initiatives
  • Contribute to annual salary surveys (Mercer general functions and Hay retail surveys)
  • Update the internal job grading and continue to roll-out the system in all Europe countries according to Mercer's IPE Methodology
  • Prepare ICR increase budgets for Europe with local HR based on macro-economic indicators and market trends
  • Coordinate, facilitate, consolidate the Individual Compensation Reviews for Europe
  • Provide permanent support on ICR on line tool
  • Punctual benchmarking studies to analyze the competitiveness of our compensation packages for key functions and talents

Benefits : 

Mission : Update and implementation of Benefits schemes

  • Update on a yearly basis the Benefits database (SOCEPRA tool) for Europe and WW coordination
  • Conduct analysis to assess that benefits provided to our employees are competitive
  • Implement new benefits schemes with local HR and LVMH Central team (tenders, communication plans, employee satisfaction)

International Mobility: 

Mission : Prepare international mobility offers; Work closely and collaboratively with the International Mobility Manager for package preparation & extension

  • Build up punctually the package calculation with ECA calculator including benefits and international perks
  • Explain and extend punctually the offer to the candidates for Europe
  • Manage the compensation-related topics during the incumbent's international assignment
  • Ensure the LVMH Group Policy respect with the support / expertise of the International Mobility Manager

Other projects / processes at Central HQ level :

  • SIRH : continuous improvements of our systems and processes
  • Identify, implement new C&B tools
  • Prepare compensation tools for the ICR annual campaign :
  • Consolidation of the ICR E&M reviews at regional level and for HQ Central departments in order to ease internal presentations and LVMH meetings
  • Other C&B projects (Total Reward Statement,...)


  • With higher education in Human Resources with a specialization in C&B and International Mobility
  • You have a solid professional experience in compensation fields either in HR consulting or in a large international firm
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team
