Position

The Consumer Engagement Manager will be responsible for project management of priority workstreams and initiatives.

 

The Consumer Engagement Manager works in tandem with the Global Director of Connections Planning, Content and Community Management supporting all above the line activities including: content development, media planning, e-retail strategy, CRM strategy, website strategy and community management.

RESPONSIBLE

 

PROJECT MANGAGEMENT

  • Development of detailed timelines for each respective project
  • Diligent supervision of project timelines ensuring adherence from all parties (internal + external)

 

COMMUNITY MANGAGEMENT

  • Development of owned social calendar + deployment (posting content, responding to consumers where appropriate, etc)
  • Maintaining owned social reporting and analytics dashboard
  • Creation of monthly owned social analysis and optimizations

 

FINANCE MANAGEMENT

  • Rigorous management of internal (and external agency) budget trackers
  • Management of team POs + invoice reconciliation

 

SUPPORT

 

CONTENT DEVELOPMENT

  • Support in development, production and execution of content for key marketing initiatives
  • Work in close relationship with external agencies and MH Central Creative Services on content ideation, strategy and production for our key initiatives supported by paid media as well as Evergreen content

 

OWNED SOCIAL STRATEGY

  • Help to define and execute social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and YouTube for marketing initiatives
  • Implementation of best practices across creative development and copywriting for always on content and brand campaigns. (organic/paid assets and copy)

 

E-RETAIL / CRM / PAID MEDIA STRATEGY

  • Assist in development of Global strategic approach and guidelines
  • Collaborate with local markets to ensure proper implementation
  • Determine core KPIs and reporting documentation + cadence

 

WEBSITE STRATEGY

  • Support in development of upcoming brand website evolution
  • Determine optimal user experience and site structure
  • Implementation of new brand visuals and creative

Monitor key trends and analytics to further optimize experience/performance


Profile

Education:   Undergraduate Degree required, MBA Preferred

 

Languages:  English, working knowledge of French a plus

 

Experience and Skills: 

  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing (media and/or content)- client or agency side - with demonstrated expertise & results in key digital media disciplines / tools and application of best practices across all channels
  • Deep understanding of consumer marketplace trends
  • Strong time and project management skills - with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Highly results driven, organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience with digital media/content analytics and performance metrics
  • Ability to communicate complex or technical concepts to a non-technical business audience
  • Traditional advertising, publishing, broadcast media and/or product marketing experience a plus
  • Strong relationships building and storytelling capabilities - ability to manage multiple stakeholders in large matrix organization
  • Ability to execute in the short term while designing for the future
