Europe Controlling Team MISSION:

  • Lead analysis, understanding and evaluation of the overall performance of MH Europe business, delivering excellent Decision Support to MH Europe Management
  • Ensure quality & timely availability of financial and business information to stakeholders
  • Provide a framework for coordinating market's quality of results and management information for decision making
  • Business Partner other Functions within MH Europe, providing financial support for business improvements



Actual reporting:

  • Preparation of the monthly reports (Volume, Sales, Variance Analysis, KPI book, PnL, Mid month forecast) and Identification of key variances to the Controlling team
  • Responsible of filtering market comments and consolidating the draft MH Europe comments
  • Responsible of quarterly reports (distribution and new channels) : template preparation, communication with markets, consolidation and conduction of comments, validation with Finance team and commercial stakeholders
  • Ad-hoc analysis of business results, pricing, distribution costs and new channels

Maintenance & Team support:

  • Support of system optimization project, running reconciliation files (SAP/Cognos/Topaz) and producing synthesis; Management of the communication between MH Europe and market controllers to ensure the improvements and solutions
  • Maintenance of Training Manuel
  • Maintenance of the Controlling Financial calendar and mailing list for European markets

Value Creation:

  • University degree or Business School. Majors in Finance or related subjects an advantage


  • Good level of English
  • Another European language a bonus

Professional experience & know how:

  • Good knowledge in finance and accounting
  • Relevant finance work experience preferred
  • International mindset

Technical & management skills:

  • Strong analytical skills, with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Action and result oriented, driving for improved performance
  • Good organisation & planning
  • IT literacy: Excellent knowledge in Excel & Powerpoint. Some Essbase or SAP use an advantage
