Position

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

The Coordinator, Global Education will support the Director of Global Education in developing Education content and training task management. Partnering with the Global Education team as well as cross functionally with the 360 Marketing team, the Coordinator, Global Education will be responsible for enhancing and editing service and coaching materials for trainers around the world. The Coordinator, Global Education will be both creative and analytical, with strong written and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate Global Education tasks in content management including proof-reading, styling, and editing
  • Manage global uniform communication with Markets and internal teams to ensure seamless communication - follow up on orders and updates to quantities
  • Assist in training operations including market communications, training material forecasting and communications to countries
  • Plan training seminars, including sourcing meeting locations, travel arrangements for guests/presenters, and planning of audio/visual and other operational needs
  • Source training materials for Global Education content and manage on-time delivery to markets - constant competitive watch, research and benchmark
  • Partner with all Markets to ensure their training needs are met, acquire feedback on programs and incorporate changes as necessary
  • Analyze education data to provide insights and track engagement and effectiveness of initiatives across all learning platforms 
  • Process Global Education department PO's and invoices in coordination with education team

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related industry
  • One to two years of work experience, preferably in marketing or communications within the beauty and/or retail industry
  • Strong oral and written communication skills   
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint & Excel, Adobe Reader
  • Social Media savvy
  • Excellent organizational skills   
  • Excellent customer service skills, experience in Customer Service a plus
  • Outgoing, strong team player, open to others with a professional attitude and flexibility  
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) a major plus
