Mission

- Driving and maximizing CELINE business performance

- Be an Ambassador of the brand

- Lead, coach and motivate teams on the floor

‎- Orientate the team to clienteling activities and service mindset

- Provide relevant insights to optimize store merchandising

 

Responsibilities

Team Management

- Lead by example (on the floor with active participation at sales) and be a role model

- Set objectives for team and assistant/dept. managers; delegate and review progress through regular performance reviews, to make sure objectives are achieved

- Integrate, motivate, develop and lead the team (observation, feedback, coaching)

- Identify personal development needs to tailor individual training plans, secure succession planning

- Minimum 2/3 of time on the floor to coach teams

- Foster collaborative work environment through transparence and feedback culture

- Be the voice of HQ communicating strategic vision, targets, projects and initiatives

- Ensure respect of Brand/Company guidelines (in terms of: grooming, uniforms, behaviors, legal and administrative requirements, operational tools...)

Client development

- Spread a true client and service centric mindset in the team

- Know the best clients and develop genuine relationships with them

-‎ Coach each SA to develop his/ her local clientele

- Propose & animate clienteling actions

- Build loyalty with existing clients and prospect to attract new target groups

- Be proactive outside the concession by increasing customer flow and developing local network

Business drive

- Drive sales by overseeing sales floor operations

- Lead the concession with full profit and loss responsibility

- Be informed about competitive environment

- Propose 360 action plans to sustain and grow categories / product priorities

- Monitor business performance and take necessary actions to improve where needed

- Ensure operational standards are understood and applied, and propose improvement actions
