As a Retail Operations Manager, you 'd be expected to act as the Regional Champion on the retail operation excellence program and to lead and drive related initiatives.
You are also expected to support selected boutiques in achieving lean and smooth operations, doing effective clienteling and ultimately increasing their sales. Being responsible for local development and/or local adaptation of Retail Performance procedures and for their roll-out (training, coaching) and application (store visits, certification process) through the Retail network.
- 5+ years experience in a global brand Retail setting with emphasis on Retail Operations, Store Management or Retail Training
- College degree or equivalent
- Fluent Japanese & English
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, ...)
