Position

What responsibilities will you have?

 

  • Achieve sales targets for Corporate and Private Sales channel and Prestige On Trade accounts:
  • Develop and execute annual strategy for CPS and selected prestige On Trade accounts
  • Reach set annual targets for CPS channel and On Trade Prestige accounts
  • Manage the relationship with existing CPS clients and On Trade accounts
  • Recruit and build robust database of new Corporate and Private customers
  • Implement brand activation and brand development strategies
  • Develop business opportunities with new On Trade prospects (HIA, 5* hotels, fine-dinning restaurants...)
  • Embody & role model the "Being LVMH" set of values - People Make the Difference; Be Creative & Innovative; Deliver Excellence; Cultivate an Entrepreneurial Spirit
  • Participate in and host social events (dinners, tastings, parties etc.) to build network

Profile

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the wine & spirits industry with a deep knowledge and passion for the industry
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Negotiation and commercial skills
  • Strong customer focus and strong relationship building skills
  • Action oriented and business development focused
  • Agile mindset
  • Czech native, solid business English
  • Driving license
