The Corporate Communications VIE will support the Corporate Communications Team and report to the Corporate Communications Director. The VIE will be immersed in the world of corporate conferences, partnerships, internal and external communication programs and experiential content development.
> Aid in execution of corporate events, including Company Conference and President's Awards, working across the organization to obtain materials needed for the conference development and guest experience. This may include coordinating brand content for venue experiential elements and for corporate app, assets for videos, developing presentations, on-site management, and general coordination.
> Support the year-round portfolio gifting program, including collection of brand assets and development of the gift magazine, development of press materials and coordination of associated internal and external gifting events.
> Manage internal communication calendar and content creation calendar for the corporate and executive communications.
> Support management of corporate cultural and philanthropic partnerships (Whitney Museum, City Harvest, etc) and supervise the content development.
> Liaise with cross-functional working groups such as Brand teams, HR, IT, Digital & Consumer COE to produce best-in-class execution.
> Lead tactical PR event sponsorships.
> Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bi-lingual preferred)
> Creative, organized, expert multi-tasker, self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
> Experience with event planning and coordination and project management in general
> Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
> Master's degree, experience with a Communications, Events or PR role.

Mandatory VIE criteria :
- Anyone aged over 18 and under 29 at the time they register can apply to be an international intern.
- You must have French or European nationality (i.e. be a national of a Member State of the European Economic Area, which includes the 28 Member States of the European Union including Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein and Monaco).
- Being graduated from a Bachelor/Master degree, and hold the diploma (as of November 2018, the Jury must have happened and approved your diploma).
