OVERVIEW

Moët Hennessy Australia has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and hands-on individual to join our dynamic team as Credit/Accounts Receivable Officer on a temporary contract, based in Sydney. Reporting to our Revenue Accounting Manager, this role is responsible for undertaking the full credit function in order to minimise credit risk and improve cash-flow for both the Moët Hennessy distribution company and the Estates and Wines businesses.

YOUR PROFILE - SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Your Profile - Skills & Experience Required

To be successful in this role you will have proven ability to:

 Complete cash collections, working towards KPIs such as collection, DSO and debt objectives.

  • Organise banking and cash allocations to customers and the follow up and resolution of receipts discrepancies.
  • Process new account applications and maintain customer credit records and parameters.
  • Review customer claims with relevant internal parties and prepare required documentation for approval.
  • Effectively use finance/sales systems for various tasks, such as claims processing.
  • Capture and record relevant AR collection transactions, reporting on Aged Receivables and following up on overdue balances.
  • Ensure applicable winery clearing accounts are maintained daily, reporting any receipt discrepancies or receipts as per agreed service level agreement between Moët Hennessy and the Wineries in the Estates and Wines business.
  • Monthly reporting and analysis as assigned.
