Guerlain is looking for a CRM and Digital Marketing Manager.

In this role, your missions is:

  • Make CRM strategies to ensure the business goals' achievement
  • Plan/execute/review consumer relationship management/brand loyalty development programs
  • Plan/execute/review new customer recruitment programs via Digital Marketing
  • Manage customer service/liaison operation via customer call center and e-mail

Report to: Marketing & Communication Director

  • Plan and manage CRM program "Guerlain Point Program", while monitoring effectiveness and productivity
    - vis-à-vis customers, to establish good communication and loyalty to the brand
    - vis-à-vis salesforce, to maintain and improve their motivation to take an initiative role in CRM operation
  • Analyze the customer database on regular basis and at major launch /promotion timings, and review with related departments to improve future planning
  • Work with sales Director/Managers for sell-out objective setting from the type and number of customers aspect
  • Plan and implement Digital Marketing programs to reach and recruit potential new customers to increase the customer database
  • Improve communication to customers via new means of
  • Communicate with the customer call center to improve our information service level as well as to deal with customer complaint on the CRM related matter
  • Monitor and control A&P CRM and Media expenses
  • Reporting to the Regional and Paris HQ
  • Manage a CRM Specialist, Digital Specialist and temporary staff

Additional information

  • University graduate
  • Good at interpersonal/communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in CRM, Marketing in consumer goods industry; other than Perfumes & Cosmetics are fine
    - Database analytical skills are required
    - Digital marketing experiences are plus
    - Experience in working with AD agencies
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English is a must
  • Basic Microsoft (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word) skills
