MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

The main mission is to enhance Dior's customers online journey through Dior.com, Digital Media, CRM and e-Retail.
This position, with 3 direct reports to manage, requires full engagement and efficient communication across both the Headquarters teams based in Paris, the regional teams based in Dubai and all the markets (being subsidiaries or agents) to align on the strategy and implementation and insure consistency of Brand Image.

 

MISSIONS

 

CRM

  • Orchestrate the perfect usage of the new CRM tools: Magic, Adobe Campaign, Client Quest
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with third parties (Central, PCIS and Markets, agencies)
  • Provide training and guidance toward the newly equipped markets
  • Master the use of Adobe Campaign, manage automated communication plan, content creation and targeting strategy
  • Increase the database qualification to meet with CRM KPIs (leverage opt-in, data cleaning, link sales, loyalty and anti-churn rate)
  • Build monthly KPIs report per markets for follow-up
  • Forecast the CRM gifts and monitor their usage
  • Provide guidance toward CRM events

 

Media

  • Manage Digital Media budget and planning (display, VOL, social, search)
  • Supervise the execution of 10-12 digital media campaigns per year
  • Strengthen third parties' relationship to drive performance and meet with deadlines
  • Launch tactical advertising campaign to raise boutique awareness and drive in-store traffic
  • Prepare a new Digital Media strategy for the launch of e-Commerce in 2020

 

e-Retail

  • Build 360 retailer communication plans to generate online traffic and boost online sales
  • Manage the launch of 6 new e-shops (evaluation, e-shop creation, provide market guidance)
  • Manage and animate 4 active e-shops with strong e-trade, e-merchandising, CRM, social plan
  • Supervise e-retail online perfect execution (e-catalog, assets & content creation)
  • E-retail sales monthly report (sales analyses, reporting and competition review)

 

 e-Commerce

  • Orchestrate the launch of Dior.com in Arabic with Central team
  • Find the best partners to build the right website structure and meet with the brand technical requirement and future e-commerce development
  • Prepare the perfect integration of the Middle-East assets (translation, specific visuals or videos)

Profile

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a Marketing position, having a regional experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge and affinity with CRM and digital Marketing
  • Strong planning and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English, French and Arabic is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Creative, innovative thinking and pro-active attitude
  • Strong Project Management and prioritization skills
