Position
- To facilitate effective execution of data driven CRM strategies across digital and physical consumer touchpoints in line with global direction with local relevance
- To further develop Wechatwork project for a better roll out both geographically and commercially
- To work closely with other related functions to understand consumer behavior and journey mapping and also to provide consistent clienteling advice
- To support IT department on sales force integration with global
- To lead large and complex studies, such scope alignment with business leaders, design, data collection and analysis, recommendations and presenting results to senior management
- To identify short term and long-term loyalty solution under HQ guideline
- To build systematic analysis programs to track and optimize all the marketing activities
- To take an active role to ensure all database management (input and maintenance) tasks are well planned and executed with high accuracy
- To actively manage related vendors to ensure that scope of services delivered in a timely and accurate manner
- To develop and maintain tailored reports. Analyzing the key components of each campaign, including vehicles, offers and messaging
- To provide timely updates to internal stakeholders highlighting trends and insights
- To manage budget and make ongoing recommendations for improvement and optimization
Profile
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 5 years relevant CRM experience, with 3 years of experience working in retail companies
- Business acumen & Strong analytical mind
- Good communication skills internally or externally, team worker and good on vendor management
- Proactive attitude, problem solver with passion and energy
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Excellent PC skills. Good knowledge in MS Office
- IT background and knowledge is a plus
