As a CRM Project Manager you are responsible for leading CRM projects from inception to roll out. You will ensure that deliverables match both CRM business objectives and end-client expectations in terms of experience.
- To identify and assess projects relevance with CRM Direction strategy and objectives
- To ensure excellence in projects management processes
- To define and match schedules and budgets
- To drive the day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope.
- To identify and communicate opportunities for improvement, lessons learned, risk evaluation on projects and report accordingly.
- To create and execute work plans and revise appropriately to meet changing needs and requirements.
- To develop seamless relationship with both internal and external partners to the projects
- To ensure constant stakeholders update and involvement
- Proven track record delivering successful projects (on time, on budget and flawless NPS) at international level
- Excellent interpersonal skills, easy-going personality
- Customer-centric mindset
- Ability to deal easily with both IT and business population
- Expertise in Sales Force
- Fluent English and French
- Business studies at Master level
- Project Management certification
- Sales Force certification
