As a CRM Project Manager you are responsible for leading CRM projects from inception to roll out. You will ensure that deliverables match both CRM business objectives and end-client expectations in terms of experience.




  • To identify and assess projects relevance with CRM Direction strategy and objectives
  • To ensure excellence in projects management processes
  • To define and match schedules and budgets
  • To drive the day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope.
  • To identify and communicate opportunities for improvement, lessons learned, risk evaluation on projects and report accordingly.
  • To create and execute work plans and revise appropriately to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • To develop seamless relationship with both internal and external partners to the projects
  • To ensure constant stakeholders update and involvement




  • Proven track record delivering successful projects (on time, on budget and flawless NPS) at international level
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, easy-going personality
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to deal easily with both IT and business population
  • Expertise in Sales Force
  • Fluent English and French



  • Business studies at Master level
  • Project Management certification
  • Sales Force certification
