Position
JOB PURPOSE:
The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization's short and long-term objectives through day to day administrative and long-term project work. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results, and present plans to Executive Leadership Team.
Profile
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- A key support in CRM department with training projects and various administrative tasks
- Assist with boutique training materials in clienteling practices
- Schedule and participate in regular remote trainings with boutiques
- Create presentation materials for store use
- Manage internal CRM software to teach and troubleshoot for boutiques
- Assist with database troubleshooting (assist with clean-up projects, update with correct information, etc.)
- Update and maintain boutique communications directory
- Assist store level CRM efforts including lists, ad-hoc reports, client information capture programs and reports
- Conduct research projects as needed, competitor analysis, etc.
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be available M-F, 9-6pm
- Strong communications skills both verbal and written
- Strong visual design skills
- Background in luxury retail is preferred
- Proactive follow-through practices
- Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
- Proficient analytical capabilities and computer skills, must be able to learn new applications quickly
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom)
