Position
What responsibilities will you have?
You will be part of the Marketing Team, while also working very closely with the Sales Teams, and you will:
· Lead the implementation of customer activations in on-trade and off-trade to increase brands' sales and desirability
· Support the Customer Experience Manager in creating annual brand plans for customer activations
· Manage implementation, follow-up and post activation analysis of brand plans/activations
· Collaborate closely with the Sales team, by being the expert on trends in the trade, identifying opportunities on the field, monitoring competitors
· With the rest of the marketing team, develop new brand experiences and ideas to excite customers
· Manage A&P budget and forecast and ordering of POSM
· Populate all internal reporting tools accurately (i.e. Salesforce)
Profile
What experience and skills are we looking for?
- Min 2 years experience in a marketing / trade marketing role, working close to both Sales and Marketing Teams
- Strong customer focus
- Affinity and passion for luxury premium brands
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- Creativity and innovation
- Passion for very fast-paced environments
- Native Danish, fluent English
