Position

Loro Piana is looking for a Manager of Customer Experience Communications to develop and deliver strategic communication tools and guidelines to support Loro Piana customers experience within CRM activities to retain and develop them delivering an excellent experience.

This role will work closely with the CRM and retail operations teams to deliver tailored content, tools and guidelines to engage customers in a tailored way according their profile within Loro Piana. The role will be responsible for channeling creative, communications and gifting requirement briefs from internal teams and delivering to launch through our internal creative teams and 3rd party suppliers.

 

Responsabilities:

  • Excellent project management skills to be able to manage multiple projects concurrently across various teams
  • Assess current communications tools and practices for event management in stores at worldwide level
  • Implement new communications tools and guideline to standardize the in store events, taking in consideration each locations diversity
  • Work closely with CRM Team to implement CRM communication campaigns to activate clients at different stages of their lifecycle
  • Contribute to best practice processes and guidelines to ensure that our clients have a consistent customer experience when they attend events across multiple Loro Piana locations
  • Work closely with Marketing & Product Knowledge Team to deliver the right Brand Values during store product presentations
  • Cross functional team working to connect with VM, PR and Event Management Teams to propose and deliver new ideas and innovative tools for store events
  • Will participate and lead models selections, catering, installations for retail events
  • Act as the HQ point of contact for Store Events at Worldwide level to ensure consistency of delivery

Profile

  • Master Degree in Marketing & Communication or similar
  • 4-6 years of experiences in Retail Marketing or Event Management for Luxury & Fashion Industry
  • Excellent Italian and English verbal and written skills, a third language is more than welcome
  • Able to work in multiple projects effectively to deliver timely and impactful results
