Position

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Manage team of customer service representative managing retailers' and internal customers' orders
  • Full time position

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure proper flow of orders between systems (Sync : EDI, AX ERP, Scale WMS)
  • Monitor open orders, order mailbox, priority shipping log
  • In charge of CS scorecard (OTIF)
  • In charge of special sale accounts (secondary) and special sales types (consignment, direct shipments)
  • Assist with elevated issues with CS team and other departments
  • Validate order exceptions (prices, address override, run monthly exception reports)
  • Attend meetings (Daily DC priority review, bi-weekly Operational review, Monthly S&OP)
  • Coordinate novelty launches (Promo holds, launch calendar update)
  • Manage portfolio and ensure clear visibility to brand and distribution center
  • Ensure communication to brands regarding their orders in case of delay, short window
  • Communicate with brands on end of month shipment plan & portfolio
  • Communicate with Distribution center on expected load
  • Lead improvement projects
  • Direct to retail project (define test doors, target flow & KPI, implement)
  • Optimize process and propose possible automations
  • Assist IT with projects and testing

Reports to Sr. Director of Operations

SUPERVISION EXERCISED

Supervises staff of Customer Management Representatives


Profile

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Five to eight years logistics / customer order management experience
  • Experience in direct to retail environment
  • Very strong analytical skills
  • Well-organized and able to multi-task effectively
  • Ease with large databases and numbers
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Willingness to find core problems
  • Experience with inventory management
  • Excellent communication skills for coordination with all departments and France,
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft AX or ability to learn it quickly
  • Fluency or working knowledge of French is preferred
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
