The position is located in Sesto Fiorentino (Firenze). Within the Customer Quality Assurance Office the candidate will follow implementation activities, process and flows coordination monitoring and maintaining regular contact with Stores/HQ/Production and reporting system to share with the management. Main Responsibilities - Work closely with production department and store to follow up the quality - Develop procedures and mapping flows - Daily support to quality control team in warehouse - Maintain proactive contact with regions to support them in all of quality issues - Work closely with the team to monitor the quality level and communicate with the zone's referent - Reporting


- Degree in Management Engineering or similar - Prior experience (at least 2/3 years) - Excellent knowledge of MS Office ( Excel, Word, Power Point) - Fluent in Italian and English - Strong organizational skills - Good numerical skills and understanding of data analysis
