The Customer Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager directly reports to the WW Logistic Director and will be in charge of:
> Monitoring the quality of the product along the entire life cycle from production till the boutique;
> Managing the entire After Sales processes and flows maintaining regular contact with WW boutiques/markets;
> Coordinating industrial divisions to guarantee the product compliance in all markets and all categories.
> Direct contact of WW Operations Director for product Quality, compliance and after sales.
> Auditing directly the product quality level before delivering to our store network. Team management.
> Working closely with the industrial teams to improve the quality level and communicate with the zone's referent, supporting them in following guidelines and evaluating quality issues;
> Defining action plans for quality issues. Communicating accurately with our retail network.
> Managing the recall processes when needed;
> Reporting to the management the Quality & After Sales KPIs;
> Managing the HS code and composition;
> Coordinating all the product compliance tests (chemical and physical) for all product categories;
> Guaranteeing the correctness of all product label for all markets.
> Master Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent;
> Prior experience (5/6 years) in the same or similar position;
> Ability to communicate appropriately, at a WW level to manage eventual quality crisis.
> Strong interpersonal skills;
> People management;
> Problem solving attitudes and organizational skills;
> Excellent knowledge of MS Office ( Excel, Word, Power Point) and data analysis;
> Fluent in English, a good knowledge of French will be a plus.
