Position

Accountabilities Manage sales and purchase orders from customers and/or Affiliates throughout the whole downstream supply chain flow (from order processing to delivery at final destination) Coordinate logistics and shipping to Region of competence according to incoterms and in line with existing KPIs Coordinate operational activities for assigned markets verifying progress; when obstacles arise intervene/escalate within agreed deadlines and commercial requirements Reply to the inquiries from customers/Sales Managers (order management, stock availability, shipping status, credit issues, mis-shipments) within 48 hrs from their receipt and keep track of them Ensure Channel Inventory awareness & reaction (stock availability, delivery process) by co-operating with Distribution Planning towards full order stock allocation Work closely with Credit Risk, F&A and Sales Managers for credit limit issues Follow-up on open cases in line with the approved schedule (outbound campaign based approach) Ensure inter-departmental cooperation towards Customer Excellence Ensure appropriate, complete and timely reporting upon ad-hoc requests from Managers

Profile

Qualifications / Professional Capabilities Fluent English, French & German (Tri-lingual) CS experience MS Office - especially Excel Knowledge of SAP
