MISSION STATEMENT
|
As Global Chinese has been identified as a strategic growth opportunity for MH and data is at the cornerstone of our D2C and consumer engagement strategy, hence the inception of this role as part of the global Chinese data team.
The core responsibility of this role is to work with the Head of Data Strategy to define, build and implement the strategic data related use cases in end to end consumer engagement across different parts of the organization in order to drive data-led growth opportunities, and consumer centric capabilities and culture across the business units related to Chinese consumers (China, GTR, overseas Chinese etc.)
This is also a transformational role that forges strong cross team collaboration, promote systematic test and learn and support constant upskilling and knowledge sharing.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Work closely with Head of Data Strategy and key business stakeholders to identify and define the overall data scope and build up project roadmap with timeline, resource planning considering all key aspects. · Play a key role in designing the use cases with problem, solution, MVP scope, and success metrics, aligning with key business owners and technical teams. · Be the ultimate person in charge of seeing the end of end delivery of the data projects by establishing the framework and ways of working, coordinating with all parties, aligning all resources, tracking KPI progress, communicating to and engaging key stakeholders. · Maintain the data/AI use case catalogue for global Chinese business as a whole, and identify new opportunities to develop pilot use cases in line with evolving business objectives. · Work closely with tech/IT team to make sure business needs are translated to technical requirement and provide practical solutions. · Lead and supervise data partners and vendors to ensure smooth communication, coordination and execution of the project and use case roadmap. · Organize transformational activities such as upskilling/training workshop esp on Chinese ecosystem, cross team sharing and learning of best practices, consumer workshops, training teams on toolboxes etc.

Profile
JOB DIMENSION & SKILLS REQUIRED |
- Digitally curious, intuitive and skilled with a consumer centric mindset - Strong business acumen with hands on operational experiences hence ability to identify problems and opportunities - Prior project management skills and experience preferred - Strong problem solving and analytical skills, any prior data analytics experience is a bonus - A strong team player with collaborative spirit and influencing power with different level and fields of stakeholders - Strong willingness and appetite for constant learning of new skills - Excellent stakeholder management skills and communication and presentation skills - Ability to navigate in complex business environment - Detailed and well organized, yet ability to conceptualize and frame the big picture.
