Data quality Manager (M/F) 

In this role, you are responsible for evaluating and improving data quality in the context of Customer experience and CRM. You will ensure that deliverables match both CRM business objectives and data quality standards.



  • To implement, monitor and improve data quality process
  • To guide the local teams with regard to data cleansing and enrichment activities
  • To drive the day-to-day operational aspects related to the data quality process in timely and accurate manner
  • To identify, compare, and work on resolutions of data quality problems taking in account both the business impact level and the adherence to data quality standards
  • To work with Programmers/Partners to resolve and test data quality errors
  • To share update, awareness and recurrent report to stakeholders (Digital, Marketing, Retail, IST)
  • Assess data quality as part of data migration


  • Master level in Computer, Information or related science field
  • Be able to plan and lead projects to completion (on time, on budget) at international level
  • Ability to analyze, query and manipulate data with a strong focus on the impact of data in business processes
  • Experience with data migration projects, preferably in an international context
  • Knowledge and experience in CRM and Salesforce projects
  • Experience with data quality management tools
  • Deep functional skills with data quality management (profiling, cleansing, enrichment)
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, easy-going personality, be effective at communicating
  • Competence in Programming and Data Modeling
  • 2-4 years professional experience in similar role
