  • Cultivate client development culture, implement CRM Strategy provided by CRM team at store level
  • Drive new client recruitment through current Fendi Client data base, prospects, third party collaborations and scouting externally of other affluent/ potential clients
  • Develop relationships with mall and their VIC team, and scout potential partners to implement synergies to recruit new high-potential clients. 
  • Develop store year-round CRM action plan
  • Work closely with CRM department to plan and execute store event, in-store-moments and campaign
  • Coach and support the store team to meet CRM KPIs 
  • Ensure the success of CRM Ambassador program
  • Supervise CRM gifting strategy at the store
  • Lead by example and drive the team to deliver excellent client experience in the store by dedicating time on the selling floor. Provide personal shopping services through one to one appointment


  • 5 years' relevant experience in the client development fields particularly in retail or hospitality industry
  • Strong passion in luxury retail

  • Well-organized and detail-orientated
  • Good analytical skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, conversational Mandarin required
