Department Manager LG - Palazzo FENDI

As a Department Manager, you will be working in the most iconic and luxurious FENDI flagship store at worldwide level in close cooperation with the Store Director with the purpose to boost the performance of the assigned product category by exceeding sales targets and KIPs.

Through a constant coaching and motivation of your team, you will strengthen the relationship with the clients by promoting FENDI history, craftmanship, quality of materials and creativity always ensuring that all the standards in terms of performance, processes and procedures are compliant with our vision of excellence and luxury.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the business of the Department, by cultivating a comprehensive and strategic understanding of it and relating to all relevant stakeholders

Monitor and achieve category department performance with relevant KPIs

Analyze the category business, propose and implement action plans to improve results

Ensure an excellent and luxurious client journey

Implement appropriate CRM tools and develop loyal clients, maximizing the possibility of networking

Act as brand ambassador to engage the clients

Staff Management by Category Department

Lead a sales team by example on the sales floor

Translate strategic and business goals into concrete and individual actions and objectives

Set performance target for the team and individual with the Store Director

Discuss individual performance every month and train the team

Motivate and coach the team to perform at the highest level to meet individual and store objectives

Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards

Ensure that merchandise is properly managed, displayed, stored and maintained by team

Report to Stock Planning and Merchandising team on sales performance


Profile

5 years' experience in a Supervisor/Manager role in Fashion/Luxury Sales with exposure to the relevant category


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred


English fluent; another foreign language will be considered a plus


Client focus with great business acumen


Strong selling and communication skills are necessary


Excellent relationships skills, self-reliant, approachable and patient 


Administration and financial skills


Computer skills and Retail management system knowledge 


Goal oriented approach, multitasking


Knowledge and passion for the fashion/luxury industry
