The Department Manager will be responsible for the business development & target achievement for RTW & Furs Categories. Key mission of the role is to strengthen the relationships with clients by promoting FENDI history, craftmanship, quality of materials and creativity ensuring that all standards in terms of performance of the team are compliant with FENDI values and guidelines.

Key responsibilities

  • Category Sales Management and Business Development
  • Monitor and achieve category department performance with relevant KPIs
  • Analyze the category business, propose and implement action plans to improve results
  • Set performance target for the team and individual with the Store Manager
  • Ensure an excellent and luxurious customer journey
  • Implement appropriate CRM tools and develop loyal clients
  • Act as brand category ambassador to engage the clients
  • Staff Management by Category Department
  • Lead a sales team by example on the sales floor
  • Discuss individual performance every month and coach associate everyday
  • Motivate and coach the team to perform at the highest level to meet individual and store objectives
  • Conduct training to the team
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards
  • Ensure that merchandise is properly managed, displayed and stored by team



  • 3-5- years experience in a Supervisor/Manager role in Fashion/Luxury Sales
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred
  • English - advanced knowledge
  • Manages his/ her image standards on a high level
  • Strong selling and communication skills are necessary
  • Administration and financial skills
  • Excellent relationships skills, self-reliant, friendly and patient
  • Confidence, organization, professionalism
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Computer skills and Retail management system knowledge
