We are searching for our store in Frankfurt a

Deputy Store Manager (f/m)


Your accountabilities:

  • Act as Senior Client Advisor towards customers and the sales team ensuring sales closure and customer satisfaction
  • Support the store in the achievement of the sales objectives
  • Manage the team towards reaching sales target and KPIs
  • Prepare the business reporting for the manager
  • Follow the mystery shopping results and set up an action plan
  • Address client concerns/disputes/complains assuring the client satisfaction is restored
  • Be responsible for the good maintenance, the safe environment as well as the respect of product assortment and visual merchandising guidelines
  • Be responsible for the store stock, ensuring to efficiently and effectively manage it according to KPI's
  • Supervise After Sales Service request providing excellent service
  • Guarantee the correct application of company norms and procedures (discount etc.)
  • Organize and implement store rotations, shifts and holidays
  • Capture and maximize every occasion (trainings, events, sales etc.) to coach and support the sales team in order to ensure that each of them is able to provide an unique and memorable shopping experience
  • Ensure a smooth relationship and cooperation with the Department Store Management


Your qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Luxury business, store procedures & processes, CRM techniques & tools and store operation applications (Beanstore,CRM, Sap, etc.)
  • Selling skills
  • Fluent in German and in English, any other language is an advantage (Chinese, Arabian, Russian)
  • Soft Skills: Impact, Business Awareness, Flexibility, Negotiation skills
