Louis Vuitton Americas is recruiting for a highly experienced, solutions focused and collaborative Digital Care Services and Store Support Supervisor to join our Client Care Services Center based in New Jersey. This role will manage a team of approximately 10 direct reports, to ensure every repair is treated with an advanced client-oriented mindset while achieving exceptional quality and productivity goals.


This position will be responsible for optimizing the Digital Care Service and Store Support performance in partnership with management, to achieve the qualitative and quantitative service level goals to support business needs in North America, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and the Caribbean. This candidate will proactively foster the achievement of department KPIs, as well as assist the manager to coach, motivate, develop and train the team to ensure the successful execution of daily operations, ensuring the highest level of client experience and support is delivered to clients and retail. The supervisor is responsible for further developing loyalty of the client and promoting the brand and services offered at Louis Vuitton. The supervisor will be a role model to the team, representing the brand values and demonstrating the Louis Vuitton attitudes towards clients and team members.

Pivotal in the Client Care Center, the Digital Care Services and Store Support Supervisor work daily with all teams including Production, Logistics, and Product Assessment with a Client-oriented mindset and constant focus on excellence.

We are seeking to speak to individuals that are detail oriented with a passion for Clients and service with strong management skills and standards of excellence. Prior retail experience in a luxury brand is a plus while 2-5 years' experience managing direct reports is required.
