Coordinate all paid media investments across print, out of home and digital platforms in The Americas, to maximize exposure via qualitative brand appropriate platforms. Ensure all efforts are in line with the global guidelines and strategy. 

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Liaise with Agency of Record in Market to evaluate and execute paid media investments in print, out-of-home, display, search and social
  • Define the local paid media calendar in line with global communication calendar and guidelines, including but not limited to institutional/seasonal brand & product-specific campaigns
  • Process all IO & MAFs paperwork to secure positioning
  • Execute, monitor and optimize all media plans to ensure the ­reach of the campaigns' objectives - specifically for OOH and digital programs 
  • Develop regional media plans across all platforms to support local boutiques and e-commerce, with a strong dialogue with HQ to ensure all efforts adhere to image guidelines Develop/Negotiate Integrated Media and Added Value opportunities in market 
  • Liaise with Creative Agency to coordinate distribution of Artwork & Campaign Assets to AoR/Publications
  • Develop and monitor accurate Seasonal and FY budgets for Media Buy, inclusive of agency and creative fees
  • Pre-Campaign Proposals (Briefs & RFPs)
  • Provide weekly and monthly analysis and reports to HQ
  • Post-Campaign Recaps with AoRMonitor & Report Regional Media Trends to HQ
  • Maintenance of in-house Media Contact Database & Editorial Calendars, etc.
  • Monitor Wholesale channels to ensure that they align with global guidelines for marketing and communication guidelines
  • Drive innovation: Identify and implement new, innovative opportunities in partnership across all media channels, with HQ



  • 2-3 years' experience in media planning at a major fashion brand, agency or marketing firm with a strong focus on digital platforms
  • Experience in paid search & social required
  • Works well in fast-paced, growing organization
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Strong interest in digital trends, with a firm understanding of online media landscape / influencer marketing
  • Detail oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Luxury and Fashion Sensibility
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong network in NYC of publishers, agencies, etc. specific to the media landscape
