Position

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Lead and manage the implementation of the e-retail strategy

Support on CRM/e-CRM strategy and programmes

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

E-retail

  • Coordinate product launches across all e-retailers to drive sales and maximise opportunities
  • Ensure that e-retail websites are always up to date, with the correct content, creative banners, assets and copy to comply with Givenchy brand guidelines
  • In charge of maintaining and update the e-trade plan for all retailers on a weekly basis
  • Liaise with external agencies/suppliers for assets production, validating these and working with e-retailers to implement
  • Monitor visibility on e-retailer platforms, both for Givenchy and competitors, reporting back to the business and highlighting key opportunities
  • Daily, weekly and monthly screening of competitors activations
  • In charge of all the digital and e-retailer related sampling campaigns, managing suppliers, stock, deliveries and creation of leaflets

 

CRM

  • Brief and manage external agency to deliver all CRM assets, including print and fulfillment for direct mail and email HTML development
  • Support stores with local events through email campaigns, where necessary
  • Driving and maintaining initiatives to improve the CRM database operational efficiency with the collection of data and quality of information captured at store level
  • Ensure timely execution and completion of all campaigns within budget
  • Collaborate with 3rd party agencies to ensure data sources feed into the central customer database
  • Monitor trends and best practices in CRM

 

Other

  • Assist with budget; raising and approving invoices, POs and allocating to cost centers, managing local FB page (social calendar and reply to customers' messages)

Previous experience in CRM desirable, but not mandatory

Understanding of the UK retail market

Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
