Reporting to the Marketing Director, the mission of the Digital & CRM Manager is to define and execute the brand presence in digital environment and follow up of the digital performance.
Define the strategies for the different digital areas of the company. Inbound and outbound:
o Website maintenance and management e-commerce.
o SEM & SEO Strategy
Plan and execute all digital marketing activation, including SEM, marketing database, and paid digital media.
Data analysis and management.
Performance campaigns management. Establish digital KPIs media goals and create online advertising strategy to achieve them (SEM, PPC, Display, SM, etc).
Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Execution and Development of the Guerlain Loyalty Program
o E-commerce Management.
o Processes of Authorization of Online Sale of our retailers.
o Management and proposal of actions with authorized e-retailers (e-visibility, SM, co-creation content).
o Monitoring of official e-retailers and sales reporting to HQ France.
- Business Administration, advertising or marketing Degree
- Strong knowledge in SEO Positioning strategy and CRM building
- Minimum 4 years' experience in marketing, media or advertising and/or digital
- Microsoft office skills
- Native Spanish and fluent English required. French is welcomed
