The Digital & E-Commerce Intern is responsible to support the development of omnichannel and E-Commerce activities in the US, in partnership with LVMH Digital and the North America LVMH Maisons. Its mission is to support the acceleration of E-Commerce by exploring digital intelligence, reporting and analytics, US landscape mapping and E-Commerce pilot coordination. She or He will support the launch and measurement of new pilots, automation of reporting processes, and animation of the market digital community.

The Digital & E-Commerce intern will liaise with the LVMH Digital stakeholders both at the LVMH Holding level, and within the Maisons. She or He might also interact with Retail, Wholesale and CSC teams within the maisons, as well as interacting with agencies, external partners and solution providers.


Main Mission:

E-Commerce Committee Liaison

The Digital & E-Commerce intern will support the development and growth of the US E-Commerce Committees via event coordination with all the participating Maisons, content production and distribution. She or He will support the sourcing of industry partners in the US start-up ecosystem and participate in needs-matching with the Maisons, aligned with E-Commerce priorities and strategic roadmaps. In addition, She or He will coordinate the annual E-Commerce assessment and maturity audits from the leading Maisons.

E-Commerce Growth Hacking

The Digital & E-Commerce intern will support E-Commerce growth hacking strategies by looking at key priorities and supporting the development and implementation of short-term levers, pilots and POCs to drive increases in traffic, conversion and revenue.

Digital NA Intelligence

The Digital & E-Commerce intern will support a best-in-class understanding of eRetail landscape, opportunities and challenges to US Maisons. She or He will keep the pulse on US digital trends, provide competitive landscape analysis of brands and retailers, identify new trends, stay current on industry thought-leadership and evangelize information in a packaged format for distribution at scale within the Group to relevant stakeholders. In addition, the intern will track and analyze key Digital and E-Commerce KPIs for the region, to support action-driven initiatives to increase digital penetration.

Ad Hoc Projects

As needed, the Digital & E-Commerce intern will support other strategic projects in the region.


Desired Training / Education and Professional Experience:

Qualified candidates will be pursuing a Masters degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline, coupled with some meaningful experiences in Digital and E-Commerce


Qualified candidate are current undergraduate students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline. This internship should qualify for school credit.


  • Strong interest in digital, technology, E-Commerce and innovation a must
  • Expertise in E-Commerce principles (main KPIs, key online revenue drivers, revenue formulas around traffic, conversion, AOV, etc) needed, as well as working knowledge of website design and development, user interface principles and online UX best practices
  • Solid understanding of digital consumer brand marketing principles (digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, etc)
  • Very strong analytical skills required (including advanced Excel, strong knowledge of Google Analytics) and impeccable presentation and communication skills
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Experience with fashion, luxury, retail and/or lifestyle brands preferred.
