Business Strategy :
> Lead MHDC's digital transformation process.
> Implement brand digital strategies (digital media, digital data/crm, innovation and e-retail, etc.).
> Provide clear strategic direction to key internal and external stakeholders.
> Establish programs to grow market share in China.
> Develop KPIs to track and measure program effectiveness.
> Use digital marketing expertise to implement strategies and oversee programs to
drive brand growth and build image and equity.
> Manage creation and execution of both paid and social media plans.
> Develop and oversee digital creative development and expenditures including paid media, website and social media.
> Collaborate with brand team colleagues to design and execute digital integrations.
> Manage digital agency relationships.
> Work closely and directly with Maison and other stakeholders to develop digital strategy for the China market that supports image & equity of brand.
> Ensure effective communication and alignment of individual, brand & company goals.
Manage A&P, overhead and T&E budgets if needed.
> Be a leader across the organization. Be a trusted advisor to support broader MHDC team if needed.
> 8-10 years brand marketing and digital marketing experience. Ideally in luxury environment or consumer goods environment, or at agencies.
> Minimum of 5 years in digital
Marketing Function Related ：
> Significant direct marketing experience leading a large scale, nationwide online consumer engagement/acquisition/retention management across multiple channels. Experience in managing programs across a marketing mix that includes a variety of communication vehicles.
> Familiar with a variety of Interactive/Digital Marketing tools, including email, display advertising, affiliate, SEO/SEM, social media, and mobile. Ability to identify and work with agency partners, fostering a culture of innovation.
> Demonstrated success in building organizational capabilities through process design, organizational development, training of peers regarding basic digital trends and technology applications.
> Experience working within the food or wine world a plus. Experience working in partnership with sales is required. PR experience and understanding of editorial process is a plus. Other relevant industry experience includes E-commerce, wireless/telco, retail, financial services, media/publishing, and technology.
