The Digital Executive will support the implementation of e-retail, e-commerce, social media and paid influencer strategy, working closely with the Digital Manager, e-retailers and external agencies.


Ultimately supporting the high growth and acceleration of online sales in the UK Market. Ensure timely and on-brand execution of all product launches and digital marketing activations. Optimise a best in class online customer journey.






  • Coordinate product launches across e-retailers to drive and maximise sales
  • Be reactive and proactive with day-to-day e-retailer requirements in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure that e-retail websites are always up to date, with the correct content, creative banners, assets and copy to comply with the Guerlain Guidelines
  • Drive and support e-retailers to execute an integrated digital strategy across all retailer communication channels and platforms to animate campaigns and product launches in line with the brand guidelines
  • Liaise with external agencies/suppliers for asset production, validating these and working with e-retailers to implement
  • Monitor visibility on e-retailer platforms, both for Guerlain and for competitors, reporting back to the business and highlighting key opportunities
  • Assist with e-retail budgets; raising & approving invoices, processing POs and allocating to cost centres
  • Manage samples and GWP activations from strategic forecasting, allocation to delivery and reporting
  • Meet regularly with the commercial account managers
  • Contribute new ideas to improve business and drive sales


Social Media

  • Daily Social Media implementation based on brand guidelines and local initiatives
  • Monthly reporting on the performance of Guerlain Social Media Platforms
  • Lead We-Chat Global Shopper programme for the UK
  • Feed social content to relevant field teams
  • Maximise e-PR opportunities with e-retail partners by organising social media and influencer marketing opportunities with retailer such as product seeding and competitions


Paid Digital Influencers - Traffic driving to e-retail and e-commerce


  • Working closely with the Brand PR Manager and in consultation with the Digital Manager, build a strong strategy and implementation plan in line with the UK & International Priorities
  • Bring strong creative ideas, with out of the box thinking to address an ever-changing environment
  • Report on campaign performance




Must have:

  • Proven ability to work autonomously on projects and be able to ‘hit the ground running'
  • Native / Bilingual English language skills - will be required to review and write social media, website copy and digital ads as well as being a daily point of contact for retail partners
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills
  • Experience working with UK online retail partners
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience of briefing and working with digital artwork agencies
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing best practices in retail
  • Social media copy writing
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • E-commerce experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
